Front Office: Weekends Only

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Worker will be responsible for various front desk duties, customer service interactions, and maintaining office organization. This position offers an opportunity to contribute positively to our team while developing valuable office management skills in a supportive environment.

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support and assistance.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, data entry, and communication.

Skills:

  • Proficient in front desk operations with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Etc.).

Janitorial Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality in both residential and commercial environments.

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas.
  • Conduct floor care activities such as buffing.
  • Carry out custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring all spaces are clean and welcoming.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
  • Implement safety protocols while performing cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services isn't required.
  • Skills in residential painting and facilities maintenance are a plus.
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including buffing floors.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects as required for cleaning tasks.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
  • 20 - 40 Hours Per Week
  • 4, 8 or 10 hour shifts
  • Morning, Daytime, Evening & Night Shifts Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
